Starkly is an anonymous crowdsourced survey platform where users answer questions about sex, relationships, and intimacy, and view aggregated results from other users. The service is provided free of charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Starkly. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Conduct

By using Starkly, you agree to:

• Use the service for its intended purpose (answering surveys)
• Not attempt to manipulate or spam survey results
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Not use automated tools to interact with the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Starkly are owned by Starkly and protected by intellectual property laws. Survey questions are created and curated by the Starkly team. Aggregated results are displayed for informational purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Starkly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results are scientifically accurate. Survey results reflect user opinions and should not be considered professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starkly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
